We’re extremely proud and excited to let all our iWriteReadRaters know that our plans for version 2.0 (aka Project Anatole) have made it through to the next round of the fantastic Million Pound Start-Up competition.

Yes, you heard us correctly; we’ve made it through to the penultimate round of this Digital Shoreditch sponsored global start-up competition – Million Pound Start-Up (MPS).

We’re getting more details currently, however here’s what we know so far:

Over 1000 start-ups from 72 countries applied. “The majority did not have what it takes for the full investment” however iWRR appears to have the potential!

What now?

Well, we need to try to get into the top 20 finalists to have the opportunity to present to investors in the MPS programme in December. Whilst this may be a tall order – considering we’re still in design and development stage of version 2.0 – we’ll give it our best shot (as always!).

A little too worked up with this news – the team and I are going to stand in the rain to calm down a little…

Wish us luck!

Happy writing, reading & rating as always
